Stress can manifest in your physical body a number of ways.
You might experience increased tightening or tension in your muscles, headaches and migraines, or problems with digestion and even your appetite.
Your body reacts to stress, and sometimes it reacts strongly. Existing conditions, such as ulcers, heart disease and diabetes can be irritated by stress, causing complications.
Stress manifests physically in many ways:
• Chronic pain
• Heartburn
• High blood pressure
• Infertility
• Skin problems
While most of these stress symptoms are not life threatening, they can and do cause considerable discomfort and can complicate your stress further.
Your body does its best to communicate with you and let you know when it’s not getting what it needs. When you experience the physical manifestations of stress, your body is telling you that you need to manage your stress better.
The world today is fast paced and getting faster all the time. Often, we don’t seek health care until we are in serious need of medical attention. Listening to the signals that your body is putting out and taking the time out of your busy schedule to alleviate stress will help you cut back on trips to your medical practitioner. Listening will also help you better cope with those things that are generating stress in your life.
Pay attention to your body. When it’s letting you know that it’s overwhelmed and stressed out, it’s time to stop and take care of yourself.

Stress is unavoidable.
It’s the wrench in works for every single one of us, and some handle it better than others. What’s their secret? Are they carefree and unaffected or do they work at warding off stress?
The effects of stress influence each of us very differently. Some people can let a veiled insult slide off their shoulder but have an impossible time dealing with death. Others can easily get through losing a job but snap if someone criticizes them. We each have a different threshold for stress — but all of us can learn how to benefit from stress management.
When stress starts to interfere with daily life, it can wreak havoc on our health. Life controls us, rather than the other way around. This does not mean that outside events and factors should not pull our attention from regular routine. Things come up that must be dealt with and worked through, which is one component of stress management: dealing with problems.
Stress is also effectively managed through proper diet and exercise. A large component of stress occurs in the physical body. Stress starts in the mind and the body follows, shutting down functions that are not necessary to survival.
The weaker your body, the more susceptible both your body and mind are to being impeded by stress. A healthy, balanced body will be stronger and better equipped to fight stress.

We all know that stress affects our body in so many negative ways.
But did you know that 60-90% of illness and other bodily conditions are stress-related? From something trivial like gray hairs to something more serious like stomach ulcers, stress has a hand in all areas of your health. More than causing wrinkles and upsetting your stomach, stress can disrupt your vibrational balance and life force energy on several levels.
When your body is faced with stress, chemical reactions within the body begin to take place and your body’s “fight or flight” response is enabled. Body processes that are not essential to survival, like your digestive and reproductive systems, are suppressed. Slowdowns or “wrinkles” in these systems can lead to digestive problems, leave you vulnerable to illness, stunt growth in children and even make conception difficult in women.
In order to overcome the effects of stress, you must know the different ways stress can manifest itself. It is obvious that sleep deprivation, an argument with a significant other, trauma and today’s fast-paced lifestyle can cause stress, but did you know that the food and beverages you ingest can also stress?
Stress can even be passed down from generation to generation. Many of these forms of stress are unavoidable. Beginning each day with a vibrational “clean slate” can improve your mental and physical health while counteracting the effects of stress you may encounter throughout your day.
As long as you live and interact with other humans, you will experience stress. It’s inevitable. But that doesn’t mean you can’t work to combat the negative effects of stress.

Plain and simple: Water is the most important life force on the planet.
Every living creature in our world needs water to survive and we humans are no exception. As you go about your daily routine, your body begins to lose water, you, in turn, feel thirsty. Being the vigilant person you are, you grab a bottle of water thinking that it’s enough to properly hydrate your body.
Unfortunately, most bottled waters are “energetically dead” devitalized water and do not have the proper vibrational energy to hydrate, energize and detoxify the body.
Pretty sobering information, huh?
It was with this scary fact in mind that we developed The Water Band, a small, flexible energy device that conveniently attaches to any beverage. The band contains an energetic signature or imprinted information that 100% energizes any beverage, giving that beverage the ability to properly hydrate every cell in your body.
Each band is encoded with the frequencies of nature’s pure energized rainwater as it falls from the clouds over the Atlantic Ocean. Drinking eight ounces of “live water” can satisfy the body’s hydration needs and dramatically increase the flow of red blood cells.
Now, wouldn’t you rather drink water that is alive?
