The human body is very complex, and the ability to communicate with it through the art and science of Applied Kinesiology is a blessing. It allows us to get immediate feedback from the body to see exactly what is going on and what to do about it.
Through Applied Kinesiology testing I have been able to research ‘vibrational frequencies‘ that have an energetic and vibrational balancing effect on the 12 main acupuncture meridians, 8 extraordinary vessels and 7 energy centers or chakras. By balancing these areas, we have a balancing effect on the whole body. The energetic body always precedes the physical body.
Many people ask me about meditation. How to do it. I have found the following to be a very effective approach to quieting and clearing the mind of ‘chatter’.
- Sit in a straight back chair.
- Place your palms on lap, palms up.
- Close your eyes and focus on breath for a moment.
- Allow your mind to go wherever it will go.
- Observe your thoughts… They need to come up to your consciousness.
- Let them play out and continue to just observe.
- In a few minutes they will start to quiet.
- This is a type of mental/emotional detoxification.
- These thoughts are within and need to be expressed.
- After your mind quiets a bit, enjoy that sensation.
- Slowly open your eyes and notice what you notice.
Do this for 5-10 minutes twice a day.
Your thoughts will become clearer and more positive!
