What is Stress?
STRESS - YOUR #1 HEALTH ENEMY
We all experience stress to varying degrees. Many of us experience stress on a daily basis. Stress has numerous negative effects.
If stress and its effects are not cleared from the body on a daily basis, it and they will accumulate. Over time, this accumulation will create numerous negative effects on your physical, mental and emotional health. Recent research suggests that 60-90% of illness is stress-related.
In fact:
- 43% of all adults suffer adverse health effects from stress.
- 75-90% of all doctor’s office visits are for stress related ailments and complaints.
- Recent research suggests that 60% to 90% of illness is stress-related.
As you most likely already know, there are different types of stress.
Daily Stress includes:

Chronic Stress is stress that you have experienced since you were conceived through today and that has not been cleared from the body. Your body remembers everything that has ever happened to it on a mental, emotional and physical level. Good and bad. Negative experiences if not fully cleared from the body, may be stored in an energetic and vibrational way in any tissue, gland and organ. Left uncleared for years or even decades, can contribute to any number of symptoms and dis-ease.
Hereditary Stress is physical, emotional and mental imbalances that are passed down generation after generation. Hereditary imbalances run very deep. Examples of this kind of stress include: familial diabetes, high cholesterol or high blood pressure, hypothyroid, heart disease or any of a list of symptoms.
