After having hundreds of patients bring in bags and bags of vitamins, herbs, powders, etc., asking me to see if they are 'working for them', and seeing that on most occasions, only about 10% - 25% have a positive effect on the body. In addition, I saw that many patients are eating a diet where 70% of the food they are consuming is void of quality nutrition due to processing, preservatives, coloring, shelf life, etc.. Many people are microwaving their meals killing any nutritional value it might have had in the first place.
